Here are the 3 documents you need:

1. Trial balance - CSV or XLSX
2. Asset register - CSV or XLSX
3. Financial statements - PDf or XLSX

Trial balance

This might be imported using Xero's templates, so CSV is the only method.

Asset Register

This might be imported using Xero's templates, so CSV is the only method.

Financial Statements

This contains trustee, beneficiary, director and partner names.

You will also match Xeros' financial statements to this.
