QBCC Licensing For Trusts
Q - Can a trust hold a licence?
A - QBCC does not licence trusts as a trust is not a legal entity (it cannot be sued). The trustee (either individual or corporate) needs to hold the licence.Q - For a corporate trustee, do all directors need to hold licences?
A - A company requires an individual to be licensed to be the nominated supervisor – this does not have to be the director though.
