QBCC Annual Reporting Dates
Q - Are annual reporting dates always the same or is it the date of the license application, much like ASIC reporting?
A - The financial information to be provided for these licensees is based on their most recent financial year, which would be ended 30 June.
It is usually only larger national/international entities that have a different financial year end date to 30 June.
Q - Do some entities have different annual reporting due dates?
A - There are predominantly two reporting due dates each year:
- 31 December for categories 1 to 7 - meaning the financials can be 6 months old before they are assessed
- And 31 March for SC1 and SC2 contractors - meaning the financials can be 9 months old before they are assessed
