First, download the template as it will help a lot.
All you need to do is copy the account name and the amount in.
BUT
You need to reformat it first:
- Amount column
- DR = positive
- CR = negative
- Description
- Merge the account code and account name
- =account code CELL &" - "&account name CELL
- Copy / paste column with values
