How to export trial balance data from Reckon Elite (APS)

There is a work around to make your life easier.

When exporting XLSX / CSV data from Reckon Elite, it can come out with empty rows.

This makes the conversion painful.

Use this work around here to remove empty rows:

When in excel:

1. If you select the area you want to copy and paste first, then in Excel you can
2. In the Home menu, click on Find & Select option
3. Select ‘Go to Special’
4. Select the option ‘Visible cells only’ and click ‘OK’
5. Select Ctrl+C to copy your selection and then paste it into a new Workbook.
